Biography

Kristi Marie Jones is the Manicurist behind many of Hollywood’s most beautiful nails, working with today's hottest celebrities such as Angelina Jolie, Amy Adams and Cameron Diaz and gracing the pages of leading magazines that include Vogue, Vanity Fair and Bazar ... Her innovative techniques, an artist’s eye for color and beauty, and her professionalism have ensured Kristi’s success as one of Hollywood's most wanted manicurists.  Kristi began her career 22 years ago after receiving her license in San Diego. She began work in one of San Diego's top salons, Unison Concepts, and established a clientele that made her known as one of the city’s best and busiest manicurists.

Kristi moved to Los Angeles in 1994 and quickly rebuilt a clientele at the Michael John Salon in the lavish Sports Club L.A.  A year and a half later she moved her clientele to Menage a Trois, one of Beverly Hills most established salons. In May of 1997, Kristi was introduced to the prestigious Cloutier Agency.

Now represented by the Cloutier Agency for almost 12 years, Kristi finds herself among the top manicurists in Los Angeles. As spokesperson for Orly International for 5 years, Kristi  utilized her extensive experience working within the Entertainment Industry to effectively promote the Orly name and its products. Kristi has appeared on Access Hollywood, the E! network, Smart Solutions on HGTV, Glow also on the E! network and The Today Show,  Luxurious Living. She  has been interviewed for over 100 articles in fashion & beauty magazines to discuss everything from the “how to’s” of a home manicure to  “what's hot” in nail trends to some of her favorite techniques, especially her own layering of colors.

In 2004 she  utilized her 22 years of experience in the beauty industry as developer and  spokesperson for the line ZAZ nail, hand and foot care products exclusively for QVC in USA and UK.  Kristi has also been successful in promoting Air Plus for her a line of ensoles made specifically for women.

With all this experience and her love of natural ingredients, Kristi has most recently developed her own handcrafted line of beauty blends, NARAYAN sacred healing beauty. In creating this line, one of her many goals  beside being eco friendly, is to also bridge the gap between healing  and beauty in that healing the mind body & spirit will lead one to their own beauty within and will forever shine through all that you do.

The continued demand for Kristi’s talent by celebrities and fashion and beauty editors attests to their lasting confidence in her abilities and their high regard for her professionalism. It is no wonder that in their March 1999 issue, US Magazine named Kristi “Most Wanted Manicurists for the Oscars.”
Despite her busy schedule, Kristi makes time for other creative endeavors, writing & acting in her one person show “You’re Soaking In It”.
