We have reached a tipping point in the evolution of mankind. While there has been an emphasis on the mind and all that it is and does, the time has come to release the duty of the mind and learn to live from the heart. Where the heart goes, all will follow. We can not think our way through this shift of the ages. It is a feeling, an essence and a sound from the heart to heed its call and find that sacred space deep in the heart and live from there.
How, you ask? We must drop down deep into the unknown parts of self before we can spring up through the horizon line into the light. Into the woods we must go to get to the other side. Release the drama and trauma of life stored in the lower chakras, for it is these dramas and traumas that are in control of the mind/ego. The mind will never be satisfied, it will never calm, it will never cease to want more until it surrenders to the heart. The heart is the way out of duality, out of right and wrong, good and bad; it is the heart that will take you out of judgment. The heart is boundless yet it knows when to say NO. When we manifest from the heart there is never a backlash, it will always manifest for the greater good of all and hence greatness for all! When we begin to disconnect from our mind and its fixed opinions, an unexplainable mystery happens — life gets easier and better and better. Everything starts to click into place. Anger and judgment dissipate, a feeling of freedom descends, and a gentle peace starts to permeate our whole being. Where the heart goes, beauty follows!
In this workshop, Narayan will work on individual issues while addressing the collective. This is an organic process, it is not a system to produce a particular result. The focus is in the release of traumas and the programming of the lower chakras in order to support the heart in its opening and to release the mind from its need to control. Control is overrated! Entering the Sacred Space of the Heart is a surrender to Self to the Divine within each and everyone of you!

During the 9 weeks course I learned to distinguish the difference between operating from my mind and operating from my heart. As a result I can now shift from my mind and come from my heart space , which as also lead to the opening and honing of my intuition. the wolf packs howled hungrily outside Indian villages. Thus, the name for January's full Moon.

Why work with the full moon ?
When we fell into duality we severed our organic connection to mother nature and father sky, the planetary shift in consciousness is the move out of duality and into unity ... unity meaning, you have your own organic connection to mother nature, father sky and great spirit via the heart... During the 3 days before and 3 days after the full moon portals are opened, the veil is thinner and emotions are closer to the surface making this an opportune time and with ease and grace able to look deep into the unconscious self and become aware of and release the patterns that keep us in duality thinking and living . Each month on the Saturday just before or after the full moon, I will be facilitating small and deep Sacred Feminine workshops , we will work with the unique energy of each full moon focusing on core beliefs that keep us blocked and out of grace with the spirit of mother nature, father cosmos and our own sacred heart.
