Long-Haul COVID isn’t just about the virus — it’s about what the virus disrupted.

First: the glandular system collapses. COVID hits the adrenal–thyroid–pituitary axis, the master regulator of hormones, immunity, stress response, and repair. When this axis crashes, the body can’t reset itself.
