✦ Aging with Fierce Grace: My Nighttime Beauty Ritual ✦

 Hey Beauties,

Showing my face here because, well — I’ve been told many times I’m my own best advertisement. At 63, not a single needle or knife has touched my skin. No “icky” skincare for over 25 years — only my own botanical beauty blends. 🌿✨

What started as a desperate journey 40 years ago to clear 4th-degree acne became a lifelong devotion to beauty rituals. I never set out to “defy aging.” I simply wanted clear, glowing skin and freedom from the heavy makeup that only worsened my acne and left toxins behind — something science is only now beginning to admit, though I knew it intuitively decades ago.

For me — and I say this for me, as a purist with a fierce heart — beauty has always been about the mind-body connection, our sacred relationship with Mother Nature and Father Cosmos, the power of prayer, and the stillness of meditation. I continue to use myself as a living laboratory and am endlessly amazed by our innate ability to heal ourselves.

This is why I would never allow a needle or knife to touch my face. Decades ago, I knew in my bones that Botox had to be damaging to the brain — and now, the truth is finally spilling out. I heard the horror stories years ago: faces heavy with fillers, collapsing from the inside out. That was never my path and yet I was surrounded by it all! and did not comply wink wink! . Instead, I chose the alchemy of plants, the wisdom of ritual, and the fierce grace of aging naturally.

And here’s something I want to say clearly: there are many brands out there claiming “natural” or “organic,” while their founders or paid spokespeople present faces filled with nips, tucks, sutures, and injections. While I won’t name names, I believe it’s time we all start looking with a more critical eye at the beauty industry. To my fellow founders: walk your talk, and only talk what you can walk. That is a credo I live by.

Through it all, I’ve fallen in love with skincare — not the industry’s version, but the art of truly caring for myself in a way no one else can. The healing power of my own hands brings me sovereignty, self-love, and a warm heart.
~~~~~~~~~
I create a lot of products because I want you to have a source that formulates for the seasons of your life and the skin challenges that arise. I address skin issues from the outside in and the inside out. But that doesn’t mean it requires a lot of products , in fact, I’m a minimalist at heart.
And being the mad alchemist that I am, I use my blends in ways you might not expect. For example:
  • One of my acne serum Joyful Spirit Affirmation Serum  I often, actually daily , i love this as a gentle way to get constant cell turn over use it as an exfoliator — a gommage — to gently lift and renew my skin.
  • My body nectars Such as True Divine Nature & Love is Light Face Oil  They become scalp oils, hair gloss, or even ritual anointings.
  • My hydrosols? They’re not just toners ~ they are multitasking wonder waters , clear energy, open the heart, and prepare sacred space.
  • RoseGold Buter is a multi-tasking wonder butter from feet to face
This is the alchemy of beauty: knowing that each potion holds many lives, many gifts.
With love (and glowing skin),
Narayan
You’ve asked, and I’m finally spilling the secrets — here’s my nighttime beauty ritual, step by step, straight from the apothecary. And just so you know — this photo is raw, unfiltered, and untouched. No tricks, just skin that’s been nourished by my own botanical creations, with only a little lip color and brow tint,
Let the Evening Beauty Ritual Begin
I use this time to tune into myself and tune out from the world. I always begin with my hand over my heart, taking long, gentle, deep breaths into my heart space — the actual heart, two inches left of center. I sit with this presence, commanding my body to arrive fully in the moment.
This practice is powerful. It calms the vagus nerve, soothes the heart, and allows the tension in my shoulders, neck, and jaw to soften and drop away.
From there, I prepare a cup of tea, savor a small piece of chocolate, and put on soft music — always instrumental, never with lyrics. Music carries emotion, and in this ritual I want only to hear the purity of the instruments as they open the space.
I like to have all my potions set Infront of me so a I  can drop into the moment fully~
✦ Step 1 —
I Love Exfoliation! ✦
Joyful Spirit Affirmation Serum
Without a doubt, cell turnover is the key to keeping skin glowing, softening fine lines, and fading old acne scars or discoloration.
As I’ve aged — and yes, I have aged! — I’ve moved away from gritty scrubs( which I love) and into the gentler art of gommage, the rolling away of dry, dead skin.
I begin my ritual with Joyful Spirit Affirmation Serum. Though it was formulated as an acne serum, its lightweight gel texture makes it the perfect secret exfoliator. I smooth three pumps over dry skin ( no makeup), slathering it generously over face neck declote and shoulders and down to the backs of my hands and my forearm. After letting it set for three minutes, it loosens the dead, dull layers. With the healing power of my fingertips, I gently massage and roll the skin — and the old cells ball up into tiny little pearls that lift away as well as left the day from my energy filed., lightening up the body to prepare for rest.
✦ Step 2 ~
Wet & Dewy Hydration ✦
Gold Hydrosoul
Next comes one of my favorite moments: nourishing hydrosol, misted liberally over my face, neck, and décolleté — and yes, all the way down my back. I let the fine veil of mist settle in, cooling and hydrating.
This step not only quenches the skin, it also helps lift away any lingering bits of gommage from exfoliation. It’s a reset, a fresh canvas, and a flood of pure plant medicine sinking deep into thirsty skin.
Some of my evening favorites are Pink Rose, Patchouli, Helichrysum, Neroli, and Chamomile — each one offering its own beauty blessing, from calming inflammation to softening fine lines, lifting the spirit, and sinking me deeper into a restful sleep.
✦ Step 3 ~ Cleanse, Tone & Hydrate ✦
Peaceful Mind Enliven
After my hydrosol has fully saturated and softened my skin, I reach for what I call my “swipy wipeys” — Peaceful Mind Enliven. To me, this is a truly decadent product: 40 pads soaked in 4 ounces of probiotic cleansing, toning, and hydrating magic.
Once my chosen hydrosol has had a few minutes to sink in, I swipe my face clean with these juicy pads. They’re refreshing, balancing, and leave the skin plump with hydration.
And yes — they’ve even made their way into the hands of a few celebrities, earning their quiet share of press. I don’t live in that bragging world anymore, but every now and then it’s fun to admit: these pads are a secret top-seller for a reason. ✨
there are 3 flavors to chose from Peaceful Mind, Joyful Spirit & Loving Heart
These three steps are the foundation — they prepare the skin so that everything which follows can truly work its magic. Exfoliation lifts away the dead, dry cells (because once skin is truly dry and lifeless, you can’t bring it back). Cleansing — always soap-free — ensures we don’t strip or damage the skin. Instead, I rely on probiotics, hydrosols, ORMUS, and other nutrients to cleanse gently while feeding the skin for a healthy microbiome & feed the mitochondria.
Then comes hydration. There are two kinds: wet hydration and oil hydration. Both are required to bring balance, tone, and resilience back to the skin. When all 3 steps are taken this creates the perfect canvas for my serums and oils to actually penetrate.
Once the skin is saturated and alive, the essential oils can move deeper, entering the bloodstream where they begin their multi-layered work.
This is why I formulate with essential oils as well as well nutrient dense herbs and botanical oils: they don’t just act on the surface. They work topically, internally, aroma therapeutically, and energetically. This is my alchemy — beauty that touches every layer of body, mind, and spirit.
✦ Step 4 — Serums & Face Oils ✦
This is where it gets tricky — because yes, I have access to my full apothecary of goodness, and yes, I have favorites. ✨
I usually layer two serums or oils, with a hydrosol mist in between to keep the skin saturated and receptive. Think of it as creating channels of light and nourishment for the oils to flow deeper.
My must-have, without question, is 3 Immortelles — a sacred trinity of frankincense, myrrh, and helichrysum, supported by medicinal mushrooms and sandalwood. It’s nutrient-dense, deeply reparative, and works as both a skin healer and a soul anointing.
From there, I rotate between SuperMoon and RoseGold, depending on what my skin (and spirit) are asking for that evening:
  • Super Moon with CBD— lush, hydrating, and illuminating, it’s my choice when I want plumpness, repair, and that moonlit glow.
  • RoseGold Face Oil  — a blend of rose, sandalwood, and golden botanicals that softens fine lines, strengthens elasticity, and wraps me in heart-centered radiance.
As I apply these serums, I take time to massage my lymphatic system around the neck and shoulders, encouraging circulation, flow, and release. I always bring the serums down onto my forearms as well — one of the first places the skin begins to thin and show age.
Each one is nutrient-dense, plant-powered, and multidimensional — feeding the skin, calming the nervous system through scent, and activating the energetic field through their vibrational signatures.
This is where beauty becomes alchemy — where skincare stops being surface-level and becomes a ritual of healing, presence, and light.
✦ Step 5 — Awaken the Eyes ✦
Next, I gently pat and massage in Awaken Eye Cream. This step is all about tending to the delicate skin around the eyes with patience and care. I take my time here — using soft, circular motions to stimulate circulation, ease tension, and invite flow.
By morning, the eyes feel refreshed: puffiness reduced, dark circles softened, and brightness restored. It’s a simple step, yet one that makes such a visible difference. The ritual of touch is as important as the cream itself — reminding this tender area that it, too, deserves devotion.
✦ Step 6 — Sealed in a Mist ✦
I love to finish my nighttime ritual with a hydrosol misted from face to feet. It feels like wrapping myself in a cloud of botanical blessing — cooling, calming, and sealing in every layer of nourishment.
This final veil of mist is more than hydration: it clears energy, resets the nervous system, and creates a sacred softness as I slip into rest.
It is the exhale of the ritual, the blessing that carries me into dreamtime
.
✦ The Glow That Follows ✦
The magic of this ritual doesn’t end when the lights go out. Over the days that follow, my skin feels soft, supple, and deeply nourished. The fine lines soften, the tone evens, and there’s a luminosity that only comes from tending the skin with devotion.
But more than that — my whole being feels different. When I give myself this care, I wake brighter, calmer, and more grounded in my own beauty. It’s proof that ritual lives in the body long after the last drop of serum or mist has absorbed.
