Narayan has spent decades at the intersection of plant medicine, the body, and the unseen. She grows her botanicals in Ojai, California, distills her own hydrosols, and makes every formulation by hand on land she has tended for years. She is not a wellness brand. She is a practitioner, an author, and a keeper of old knowledge in living form.

She has been making medicine longer than most people have been paying attention to what medicine actually is. The apothecary came first. The novel came when the knowing had accumulated long enough that it needed another form to move through.
