The Daily Heart ~ I Did Not Write Another Spiritual Book

A Growing List of Words I Don’t Like
I have a growing list of words I don’t like.
Coherence.
Neuroscience.
Regulate your nervous system.
Consciousness.
5D.
High vibe.
Spirituality.
Goddess.
High priestess.
Shaman.
Enlightened.
And did I mention community?
Community, community, community.
These aren’t necessarily bad words. Some of them once meant something. Some still mean something when they come from someone who has actually lived them. But we have used them so relentlessly, packaged them so neatly and sold them so successfully that they have become nearly weightless.
They no longer take us deeper.
They keep us circulating inside the language of going deeper.
There is now an entire industry devoted to explaining the mystery of being human without ever taking us fully into the human body. We have neuroscience explaining consciousness, coherence explaining the heart and nervous-system regulation explaining the soul’s discomfort.
Everything must be measured, managed and returned to baseline.
But perhaps you are not always meant to remain at baseline.
Perhaps something is trying to awaken.
Perhaps your discomfort isn’t asking to be regulated out of existence. Perhaps it is asking you to follow it down—to discover the wound, memory, program or truth moving beneath it.
The same thing has happened to spirituality. It has developed its own approved wardrobe, vocabulary, hierarchy and performance. Everyone is a goddess, a shaman, a high priestess or an enlightened being. Everyone is manifesting abundance, calling in community, raising their vibration and preparing to ascend into 5D.
Meanwhile, many are still frightened of their own bodies.
They are still searching outside themselves for the next teacher, method, activation, portal or explanation.
That is not liberation.
It is the old dependency wearing a prettier robe.
Once You See the Matrix
Awakening often begins by seeing.
You begin to notice that what you were told is not necessarily what is true. You look at entertainment, beauty, fashion, publishing, medicine, pharmaceuticals, religion, education, government and commerce—and you begin to see the machinery behind them.
You see how desire is manufactured.
You see how fear is used.
You see how beauty is defined and sold back to you.
You see how illness becomes an industry, how rebellion becomes a brand and how spirituality itself can be used to create another hierarchy of special people who supposedly know more than you do.
You begin pulling at one thread and realize the whole thing is made of threads.
This seeing is necessary.
But it is not the destination.
At some point, after looking outward at everything that is false, manipulated or inverted, we have to turn around. We have to bring our attention back into the body and ask a far more difficult question:
What in me resonated with it?
Why did I participate?
Why did I believe it?
Why did I need it?
Why did I shape myself to fit inside it?
Sometimes the answer is survival. Sometimes it is necessity. Sometimes we wanted to belong. Sometimes we wanted to be loved. Sometimes we wanted to succeed in the only system we were shown. Sometimes we knew something was wrong but had bills to pay, children to feed or a life to hold together.
This is not about blaming ourselves for the machinery.
It is about locating the hooks.
Because seeing the system is one thing. Removing it from your own body is another.
You can know everything that is wrong with the matrix and still carry its values in your body. You can reject materialism while desperately trying to manifest a million dollars. You can condemn hierarchy while positioning yourself as a high priestess. You can talk about sovereignty while depending on another teacher to tell you what your soul is doing.
Eventually, the awakening has to become personal.
Eventually, truth has to come home.
What Are You Manifesting Into?
We should probably have an honest conversation about manifestation.
There are a great many people teaching other people how to manifest a million dollars. Let’s be clear: not many of the students are becoming millionaires. The person making consistent money is generally the one selling the method.
That alone should tell us something.
But there is a larger question:
What system are you trying to manifest into?
If your idea of abundance is based entirely upon recognition, accumulation, status and success within the old structure, what happens as that structure crumbles?
Are you creating something new, or are you asking the dying system to finally choose you?
Manifestation without examination can become another form of programming. It teaches us to use spiritual practice to acquire what the culture trained us to want.
A bigger house.
A larger audience.
More money.
More visibility.
More proof that we matter.
But what if the most powerful thing you could manifest is a self that can no longer be manipulated?
What if abundance is not simply having more, but needing far less from systems that were never built to nourish you?
What if power is not bending the outer world to your desires, but knowing the inner world so intimately that the outer world can no longer tell you who you are?
That is a different kind of magic.
And it cannot be purchased in six easy modules.
Do We Live in a Simulation?
People are genuinely asking this now.
Do we live in a simulation?
Is reality what we have been told it is?
Do we actually have free will?
Are our thoughts our own, or are we responding to programs installed long before we knew to question them?
My answer is yes, we live within a kind of simulation—but I don’t necessarily mean some giant computer program being operated from somewhere outside the planet.
Every planet has its own simulation. Its own environment. Its own atmosphere, elements, rhythms, fields and relationship to the cosmos. Each planet holds a particular set of conditions through which reality is created and experienced.
Earth has her own.
We live within the living cosmology of this planet—within her seasons, cycles, waters, plants, minerals, magnetic fields and elemental forces. We also live within the greater movement of the cosmos.
We exist inside the energy, frequency and vibration of Mother Nature and Father Cosmos.
And the human body is the conduit between them.
The cosmos moves above us. The Earth moves beneath us. Both move through us.
The human body is not an irrelevant flesh suit being dragged around by the mind. It is where these forces meet, communicate and become lived experience.
This is why saying, “Your thoughts create your reality,” is only partially true.
What created the thoughts?
What installed the desires?
What planted the fears?
What told you what success looks like, what beauty looks like, what safety looks like and what kind of life is worth wanting?
If your mind has been programmed, your thoughts can keep recreating the program while you believe you are consciously manifesting something new.
When you begin unraveling those programs, you come into contact with the deeper cosmology of your own being—your energetic body, your origins and your living relationship with Earth and the cosmos.
This is not about escaping the natural world.
It is about remembering what you are within it.
You are not synthetic. You are not an algorithm. You are not the identity the matrix constructed and handed back to you.
You are nature and cosmos made flesh—the living conduit between Mother Nature and Father Cosmos.
The work is not to escape Earth’s cosmology. It is to unravel enough of the synthetic matrix that you can remember your place within the natural one.
Why I Wrote Ariella Gold Heart
This is why I wrote Ariella Gold Heart.
Ariella is a truth.
It is not the truth. It is not a final truth, and it is not another doctrine I want you to accept.
But it carries a truth about who we really are as human beings—a truth I have pursued for many years.
Who are we really?
What is actually happening inside this body?
What is the relationship between the Earth, the cosmos and the human heart?
What remains when we begin unraveling the programming and stripping away the identities we were handed?
When you enter your heart and begin asking these questions, you receive answers from within yourself.
You do.
I know this because I have spent years using the Sacred Space of my Heart to ask questions about myself, the Earth, history and what is true.
I go deep into the body.
The heart holds access to answers far beyond what the thinking mind can reach—but you have to learn how to enter that space. You have to learn how to ask a question clearly enough that it can be answered. And then comes the most difficult part: you have to get your mind, your expectations and your preferred answer out of the way.
You cannot enter the heart looking only for confirmation of what you already believe.
You have to want to know what is true more than you want to be right.
That is the discipline of the heart. It is not passive, sentimental or convenient. Sometimes the answer confirms what you have sensed for years. Sometimes it dismantles the story you walked in carrying. Either way, you have to become quiet enough—and honest enough—to receive it.
