A Botanical Electuary · Aaurelia Collection · Narayan Beauty

Limited edition Blend THE READER ~ Chamomile~ Tulsi ~ Rose

Aaurelia keeps a golden cup on the table in the garden. She fills it before she tends the plants, before she sits with what she knows, before anything that asks her to be fully present. Chamomile, tulsi, rose, licorice root — the botanicals that grow closest to the heart of the place. Fat-carried, rapidly received, already working before she takes her second sip. This is that cup. Make it yours

Before you open the book, make the cup. Settle in. Let chamomile soften the edges, tulsi clear the channel, rose open the heart. The electuary predates tea by centuries~it is the original way of taking the plant in, fat-carried, rapidly received, already working before the first chapter ends. Sip slowly. This is how you enter Aaurelia's world.

This is not tea. It is older than tea.

The electuary is one of the most ancient forms of herbal medicine — botanicals bound in fat rather than steeped in water, carried directly into the bloodstream through lipid absorption, working faster and deeper than any infusion can reach. The Golden Cup is chamomile, tulsi, rose, and licorice root suspended in coconut butter and MCT, amplified by ormus, taken by the cup or straight from the spoon.

No honey. No sweetener. The fat is the carrier and the fat is the point ~it binds the botanical compounds and delivers them rapidly, completely, to the places they are meant to go. The licorice root brings a natural sweetness that needs nothing added. The coconut butter makes it something you want to eat with a spoon standing at the kitchen counter. Both of these things are true and both are intentional.

Calm body. Clear mind. Receptive heart. That is what this cup does. Take it before you read. Take it before you sit. Take it before anything that requires you to actually arrive in yourself.

  • Rose works on the heart field — grief, guardedness, the places that forgot how to receive

  • MCT provides immediate, clean cellular energy — no spike, no crash

  • Ormus amplifies the vibrational delivery of every botanical and accelerates absorption

  • Bioavailable and rapid acting — fat-carried compounds absorb faster and more completely than water extraction

  • Appropriate for daily use — morning, evening, before reading, before meditation, before anything that asks you to be present

How to Use

By the cup: Warm your favorite mug. Spoon one to two heaping teaspoons of The Golden Cup into the bottom. Pour hot — not boiling — water over it and stir until fully dissolved. The coconut butter will bloom into the water. Wrap your hands around the mug. Sip slowly. This is not a drink to take standing at the sink.

By the spoon: Exactly as it sounds. A quick spoon straight from the jar — the fat carries the botanicals just as effectively and the flavor is worth it. This is the version for when you want the medicine without the ritual. Both are valid. Both work.

Temperature note: Hot water above boiling will degrade some of the more delicate botanical compounds. Aim for just-off-the-boil — around 200°F. The coconut butter needs heat to fully dissolve and release.

Dose: One to two teaspoons daily. More on days that ask more of you.

Before reading Aaurelia: This is the intended ritual. Make the cup first. Settle. Let it work for five minutes before you open the book. You will read differently. You will receive differently. That is the point.

INGREDIENTS

Ingredients

Matricaria chamomilla · Chamomile
The great soother. Chamomile works on the nervous system, the digestive tract, and the emotional body simultaneously — it does not distinguish between them because they are not separate things. Its primary active constituents — apigenin, bisabolol, chamazulene — have documented anxiolytic, anti-inflammatory, and antispasmodic activity. Apigenin binds directly to GABA receptors in the brain, producing a calm that is not sedation but settledness — the body remembering it is safe. In the gut it relaxes smooth muscle and reduces inflammation. In the emotional body it softens what is braced. Chamomile is the plant that makes everything else more receivable. It is why it anchors this formula.

Ocimum tenuiflorum · Tulsi · Holy Basil
Sacred in Ayurvedic tradition for thousands of years and increasingly validated by modern research — tulsi is a full-spectrum adaptogen that works on the HPA axis, regulating the stress response at its source rather than masking its symptoms. It lowers cortisol, supports immune function, clears mental fog, and brings a quality of alert presence that is distinct from stimulation. It does not push. It clarifies. Combined with chamomile it creates a paradox that is actually just excellent herbalism — calm and clear at the same time, settled and awake simultaneously. Tulsi also carries a devotional quality that every tradition that has worked with it has recognized. It opens the channel.

Rosa damascena · Rose
The heart herb. Full stop. Rose has been the botanical of the heart field across every culture that has ever worked with plants — not metaphorically, but physiologically. It supports vagal tone, reduces cortisol, and has documented effects on emotional regulation and grief processing. On the energetic level it opens the receptive capacity of the heart — the ability to take in, to feel, to be moved without being overwhelmed. In an electuary designed to prepare you to enter a story about a woman reclaiming her full self, rose is not optional. It is structural. It makes the cup do what the cup is meant to do.

Glycyrrhiza glabra · Licorice Root
The sweetener that is also the medicine. Licorice root brings a deep, complex natural sweetness that makes this formula need nothing added — and simultaneously feeds the adrenals, soothes the gut lining, supports respiratory health, and acts as a powerful anti-inflammatory throughout the entire system. Glycyrrhizin, its primary active compound, is fifty times sweeter than sucrose and has documented antiviral, anti-inflammatory, and adrenal-supportive activity. It also acts as a synergist — it amplifies the absorption and efficacy of the other botanicals it travels with. In traditional herbal formulation licorice root is called the great harmonizer. It makes the formula cohesive. It makes it taste like something you want every day.

Cocos nucifera · Coconut Butter
Whole coconut — the meat, the fat, the full spectrum — not fractionated, not stripped. Coconut butter brings lauric acid, a medium-chain fatty acid with significant antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory activity, alongside a dense nutritional profile that MCT alone does not carry. It is the body of this electuary — the fat matrix that binds the botanicals, carries them through the gut wall, and makes the drink feel like something rather than nothing. It also makes it delicious in a way that is its own form of medicine. Pleasure is bioavailable. Do not underestimate it.

Caprylic/Capric Triglycerides · MCT Oil
Fractionated coconut — pure medium-chain triglycerides, rapidly absorbed, immediately converted to cellular energy. MCT does not require bile for digestion and does not pass through the lymphatic system — it goes directly to the liver and directly into circulation, carrying everything bound to it with the same speed and efficiency. This is the pharmacokinetic case for the electuary over tea: fat-soluble botanical compounds delivered via MCT reach the bloodstream faster and in higher concentrations than water extraction can achieve. This is not marketing. It is lipid chemistry. MCT is also what keeps the mind clear and the energy steady — no spike, no crash, just clean fuel for however long the chapter takes.

Ormus · Orbitally Rearranged Monatomic Elements
The carrier beneath every other carrier. In a formula already designed for maximum bioavailability, ormus goes one level deeper — amplifying the vibrational signature of each botanical, aligning the energetic field of the digestive tract to receive what is coming, and accelerating absorption at a cellular level that conventional chemistry does not have language for yet. Narayan's ormus is made in-house, by hand, in Ojai, from a proprietary process developed over years of practice. It is present in every product in the Aaurelia Collection because the collection is not just topical and not just internal. It is transmission. The ormus is what makes that word accurate.

A Note on the Electuary

The electuary predates the teabag by roughly two thousand years. It was the form Greek and Roman physicians used, that Ayurvedic practitioners refined, that medieval apothecaries kept in clay pots sealed with wax. Herbs bound in fat — honey, ghee, lard, oil — because someone a very long time ago understood that fat carries medicine differently than water does. Deeper. Faster. More completely.

The vision that brought The Golden Cup forward was not nostalgic. It was precise. This is the right form for these botanicals, for this collection, for the experience of entering Aaurelia's world with your body prepared to receive it. The rabbit hole led exactly where it was supposed to.

Take it by the cup. Take it by the spoon. Take it daily. Let it become the ritual that opens everything else.
